Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with a coupon and / or discount code cannot be refunded. All sale items are final. One discount code can be used per customer per order. Orders placed online can only be returned or exchanged online.

All returns must be sent in the same packaging and condition to the address above within 14 days of the date you received the item.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. The refund will go back onto the card that was used to place the order.
We cannot take responsibility for items returned without notification and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.
